Lyndhurst Dyslexia Centre focuses on allowing children time and space outside the classroom environment where they can further their learning in concentrated, pupil-led situations.
At Lyndhurst’s own radio station, Grove FM children create films, comics and sound pieces that express their views, opinions and sentiments. They also explore new technologies and techniques which help to support them in their wider learning.
We focus on achievement, using technical equipment to produce work with a high standard of excellence. The children benefit from their time spent in Grove FM. Their self-esteem is boosted and they walk away having created some highly individual and sensitive pieces of expressive work.
